Spontaneous Volunteers:
The Mindset to Lead in a Crisis

Leadership in a crisis isn’t about title, preparation or the perfect plan—it’s about mindset. The ability to stay calm, make decisions under pressure, and keep moving forward when everything feels uncertain.

When a crisis hits, some people freeze, some follow, and a select few step up. These are our spontaneous volunteers—ordinary people who find themselves in extraordinary situations and take the lead, despite being untrained, unprepared, and often unqualified.

The Spontaneous Volunteers Resilience Mindset program will give you the tools to have the right mindset when your community needs you to step up.

This program is designed to equip you with the mental resilience, clarity, and decision-making skills needed to lead in high-stakes, high-stress situations. Whether you’re responding to a natural disaster, a workplace emergency, or a moment of personal crisis, you’ll learn how to:

✅ Stay focused and composed when chaos takes over

✅ Make quick, confident decisions under pressure

✅ Overcome fear and self-doubt to take action

✅ Manage the stress and emotional toll of leadership

✅ Lead with clarity, even when the path ahead is unclear

Drawing on the Mindset Mastery framework, this program isn’t about teaching you procedures—it’s about rewiring how you think, react, and lead when it matters most.

You don’t need a title to lead. You just need the right mindset.

If you’re ready to build the resilience to step up when it counts, Register today.

Due to venue constraints, registrations are capped.

While the event is open to all residents across the Mallee, preference will be given to NSW residents.
